6) How to block before consent
We load GA4 only after Accept. In GTM, set default consent denied and fire GA4 when consent updates to granted. (If you prefer a plugin-free banner, child theme ile ufak bir JS bannerı yazdıkça GA’yı yükletmeyiz.)
