We do not guarantee outcomes (admissions, offers, approvals, permits). Timelines and decisions depend on third parties and authorities.
4) User responsibilities
You must provide accurate and complete information and keep us informed of any changes that may affect your case.
5) Fees & payments
Fees (if applicable) are communicated before engagement. Unless stated otherwise, quoted fees exclude taxes, translations, legalisations, and third-party charges.
6) Cancellations & rescheduling
For bookings, you may reschedule within available slots. For paid services, refer to the Right of Withdrawal page and specific service agreements.
7) Data protection
Personal data is processed per our Privacy Policy. By using our forms and booking tools, you consent to the processing necessary for scheduling and pre-contractual steps.
8) Intellectual property
All website content and materials we produce (checklists, templates) are protected. You may not reproduce or redistribute without permission.

10) Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to foreseeable, direct damages arising from gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Right of Withdrawal
1) Right of withdrawal (14 days)
Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving reasons.
2) Withdrawal period
For service contracts: 14 days from the day of conclusion of the contract.

4) Effects of withdrawal
We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the day we are informed. We use the same means of payment unless otherwise agreed.
5) Start of services before expiry of 14 days
If you asked us to begin services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount proportionate to what has been provided until you communicated your withdrawal.
6) Exceptions (no withdrawal right)
Services fully performed with your prior express consent and acknowledgment of losing the right once performed.
Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, if performance has begun with your express consent and acknowledgment.
